    LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SERIES 5

Hello blog guests, you are welcome to the New Year in this blog with respect to the articles here while you have been surfing through my previous posts and staying connected to the latest news globally cum videos. Thanks for being patient with me in unveiling my first post of the year – 2014.

Today the series ‘Leadership Development’ continues, with the conclusion of the subtopic “handling leadership challenges.” Before we continue the series, here is a brief motivational message to you from me as we are already a month into the New Year.

    NEW YEAR WELCOME MESSAGE

As you dare to fast track your way to success this year, don’t forget to retrace your steps with respect to the path you followed last year that where unfruitful and time wasting. It would be an aberration for you to follow the same process(es) and condition(s) that culminated in failure or stagnancy without working on yourself and the status quo available to you yet again this year. Dare to ensure you don’t remain where you finished last year or started this year. You have got to work your way to getting better and achieving something different this year, this may require applying another pattern or approach to your old challenges or facing entirely new challenges. In academics, business, your job, your career or any positive endeavour, you have got to work on your previous weakness(es) and perfect your strength. Let it be that come December 31st, 2014, you can boldly say to yourself with a square shoulder and standing akimbo to your mirror that; oh yes! I am now a better person than the previous year. I repeat: It would be an aberration if by the end of the year you do not have anything new as an achievement to show you are now a better person by then. Change your approach, work on your weaknesses and perfect your strength. See you at the top come December 2014. God bless you and happy new year once again!

Now it’s back to the business of the day – WORDS ON MARBLE 74, with the conclusion of the sub-topic “HANDLING LEADERSHIP CHALLENGES (PART 2),” in the LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SERIES.

    HANDLING LEADERSHIP CHALLENGES (PART 2)

Ladies and Gentlemen, it is glad to be back again on this topic. You will recall in my last post that I wrote on handling challenges as a leader that has to do with your boss even as I promised to continue with the aspect of handling challenges as regards working as a team leader with subordinates, facing other natural challenges or even artificial challenges and dealing with headstrong subordinates.

Handling challenges with team members, colleagues or headstrong subordinates.

Challenges can come through your subordinates, team members and others. As a leader, you have got to be very composed in the face these challenges. Some colleagues or subordinates can so deliberately be offensive such that they can go as far as driving you up the wall. In management meetings, you could be faced with false accusations or counter accusations that can put you off gear and your boss ends up putting all the blames on you. Some team members can be very selfish, aggressive, always complaining, self-centred and jealous. Your leadership skills would surely be needed in dealing with challenges of this nature.

Now there are key tips you need to know when faced with such challenges as a leader. These tips are sure path of what are required in developing yourself as a leader.

    a) Take time out to identify the individual characters of each of your team members, colleagues and subordinates. Recognize them by their attitude. Verify how difficult they might be when confronted or when given tasks.
    b) Recognizing the people you work with should help you understand their idiosyncrasy and how you work with them. By that the self-centred, aggressive and jealous ones with interior motives can be clearly known by you and astutely handled.
    c) Try to control your words and actions when offended by any. Workers with negative motives will dare to push you to the wall and throw you off balance so you can become the subject of Management debate. Do not be drawn to such war of words or actions that could be detrimental to your status as a leader. Reply stubborn subordinates in few words throwing questions at them. Assert your authority by taking longer time than necessary in responding to such workers. Some sentences and slang words like the underlisted can go a long way in tackling challenging team members, stubborn subordinates and others while making the interest of the organisation the core of you statements:
    i. Your complaints actually show you are more interested in your welfare than your work
ii. How does that affect the organisation?
    iii. You said what?
iv. Huh? This word can act as an amplifier in controlling a overheating moment in confrontation by a worker.
    v. How does that suit your role?
vi. Are you sure of what you are saying?
vii. Do you really believe what you just said?

These and many other sentences and words suit your response to challenging team members that work with you or for you.

Guests come February 2014; I shall commence a fresh sub-topic in the Leadership Development series as i write conclusively on handling challenges of an organisation generally as a leader. Till then keep surfing through the blog. God bless you.

    LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SERIES 4

Ladies and gentlemen, it has been a very captivating year for me from the month of January to the month of December 2013 right in this blog, ensuring there were always fresh posts every month based on articles and the other features despite my very hectic schedule. I must sincerely appreciate you for the follow ups, requests for fresh posts, updates, suggestions and regular visits to the blog for news at the top right side bar all these while. Blogging without you guests would have been worthless and as a matter of fact the amr audio for the article of the post introduced earlier in the year was another captivating medium of communication to my blackberry and whatspp users. Thanks a million and compliments of the season! To all my channels of traffic and social networks I say a big thank you. Accept my compliments.
Now it’s back to the business of the day – WORDS ON MARBLE 73, with today’s sub-topic “HANDLING LEADERSHIP CHALLENGES.”

    HANDLING LEADERSHIP CHALLENGES

It has been a long while in the leadership development series where we started with a three-post series on characteristics that make good and effective leaders. We are now wrapping up the year 2013 in this post with the understanding that no leadership can be devoid of challenges and that how the challenges are handled or dealt with is what matters.

Challenges come in various ways; they could be attitudinal challenges caused by team members, subordinates, higher management or the overall boss. Challenges could also come as expected or unexpected crisis in form of system failure in one way or the other caused by natural tendencies or human levity. Challenges in any form tend to keep someone on his toe and the best thing to do when you encounter them is to see them as promoters for you to press forward and become a better person. The moment you get discouraged completely as a result of one challenge or the other and consider yourself at a dead end or cul-de-sac, crisis will only continue to increase in a cascade that you can not control and could overwhelm your imagination.

Now, it is pertinent for you to understand that challenges are stepping stones to excellence provided you take them as tools to be turned into opportunities for breaking new grounds regardless of the nature of the challenge. This is not to say some challenges are not so terrible that they could even disorganize an entire setting, but how you handle them is important in breaking new grounds, reorganizing yourself and attaining excellence. One sentence is “never give up.” Another is “reorganize yourself and carry everyone along.” Here are a few very useful tips to handling leadership challenges of various kinds as we consider one of them in this post:

As a leader, you have a boss that seems to find fault in any thing you do
Relax, evaluate yourself and the situation. Make necessary positive changes and make it known to your boss on the “whys” of your actions. Try to explain and be calm in your explanation. Make your boss to see reasons with your intention and actions and if possible, notify him or her of your intention and reasons for indispensable actions. When confronted by your boss (a troublesome boss or not), your attitude and manner of approach will determine how good you come out of the confrontation in due course. When you get a response like “all you do always fail,” dare to know exactly where you have faulted and give assurance of avoiding such failures subsequently. Your reply should look like this; “I will always try to give my best to this organisation and to avoid failures. ” That is a winning secret. Do not shout back at a troublesome boss or frown too conspicuously. Be calm and collected, listen and evaluate before you respond positively.

Ladies and Gentlemen, come January, 2014 in my first post of the year, we shall be considering ways of handling challenges having to do with your subordinates, team members and other natural challenges, how to deal with and give replies to headstrong subordinates or team members. Compliments of the season once again, this is wishing you a prosperous 2014. God bless you.

    LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT 3

Hello there, you are welcome to WORDS ON MARBLE 72 featuring a continuation of the leadership development series with quotes by all-time icons on leadership. It has been a very busy period of offline commitments over the last few weeks coupled with lots of online tasks leading to a delay in compiling and posting this very edition in this blog. However, it is good to be here again as we run through more characteristics that make good and success leadership in any setting. The leadership development series is actually going to be climbing to the new year as we go through a series of subtopics that will prepare anyone looking leading or looking forward to becoming an effective leader.
    So far in the series, we have been able to elucidate the following characteristics that make good and effective leaders;

    · A leader should have a clear vision and always communicate his vision to the subjects and colleagues
    · A leader must learn to be morally upright.
    · A leader should be neutral in relating with people
    · A leader should be sociable and caring
    · A leader should be inspiring and motivational
    · A leader must be a listener and a resolute decision maker

    Today, I am ready to emphasize on more characteristics even as we move to other subtopics on leadership development starting with WORDS ON MARBLE 73 coming up in a fortnight (December). Here are the characteristics for this post;

    · YOU CAN NOT TAKE AWAY RISK-TAKING FROM LEADERSHIP
    · A GOOD LEADER MUST BE UNASSUMING
    · A GOOD LEADER SHOULD LEARN TO SHOW A SENSE OF HUMOR AND HAVE SELF CONTROL
    · A GOOD LEADER MUST BE COMMITTED AND DEDICATED

    1. YOU CAN NOT TAKE AWAY RISK-TAKING FROM LEADERSHIP
To be a good and an effective leader, you must be ready to face challenges, make changes, try new strategies and approaches for purposeful delivery, make amends to status quo and sacrifice the best resources for attainment of goals; these are different ways of taking risks. Theodore Roosevelt, former US president once quoted: “In any moment of decision the best thing you can do is the right thing, the next best thing is the wrong thing, and the worst thing you can do is nothing.” An effective leader is a risk taker. Taking risks brings opportunities for new discoveries and more effective strategies. Failure is a possibility when taking risk, but avoiding risk taking could be more disastrous than failure because failure is only a temporary check point for a new approach to be applied. During risk taking, better understanding is achieved, discoveries are made, best results and approaches are attained. Be a good and an effective risk taker.
A GOOD LEADER MUST BE SELF CONSCIOUS AND UNASSUMING
There is no perfection when it comes to leadership, this you must bear in mind as a leader. You have got to learn to be unassuming and unobtrusive as a leader by accepting criticism and correction from others. Dare to accept being evaluated by others with respect to your performance and your growth and personal development would surely be enhanced.
A GOOD LEADER MUST LEARN TO SHOW A SENSE OF HUMOR AND HAVE SELF CONTROL
An effective leader is a very serious minded individual and doesn’t mix business and pleasure in the wrong time. However, a good leader should learn to find humor in anything very serious or in challenging times because being too serious minded could be more detrimental to discoveries and finding solutions to problems. When putting your subject or team members to work, find out some laughing time and make them feel accepted to the task, make them feel part and parcel of the team. Being humorous at times brings about more commitment from individual members of the team and creates a sense of togetherness which can bring out the best in everyone. Be that leader who when present, the team members love and want to always see. Be sociable.
Furthermore, in the face of crises, outstanding resistances, challenges or failure, conflicts and provocation, a good leader must learn to be unruffled and very calm, it is a difficult trait but has to be learnt over time. Temperament is a factor when handling issues or conflicts; you must be very calm and collected as the conflicts or provocation surface. Learn not to so easily lose your teemper, rather be very still and handle situations as such wisely.
A GOOD LEADER MUST BE COMMITTED AND DEDICATED
At the start of this series, I wrote on being a motivational and an inspiring leader; in addition, commitment and dedication are strong characteristics of a good and an effective leader. Your level of commitment and dedication to the cause will go a long way to giving a clear sense of purpose to your subordinates or team members. As you deal with your team members, you have got to endeavor to communicate to them the cause and purpose of everyone individually and collectively. That is a strong leader.

And so Ladies and Gentlemen, see you again in WORDS ON MARBLE 73 coming up this December, just in a fortnight as we commence series of subtopics on leadership development. This is still Leadership 300. Thanks for being here. Its me Joshua saying see you again soon and bye for now.

    LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SERIES 2

Hello blog guests, I am glad to be back here with you blogging after an extended break due to some very important commitments I have been attending to for the past three weeks. Thanks for being here with me. We are still in the series titled “LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT,” and in my last post I commenced the subtopic – CHARACTERISTICS THAT MAKE GOOD AND EFFECTIVE LEADERS. Two characteristics were actually discussed and were:
    · A leader should have a clear vision and always communicate his vision to the subjects and colleagues
    · A leader must learn to be morally upright.
Today, I am writing on four more characteristics:
    · A leader should be neutral in relating with people
    · A leader should be sociable and caring
    · A leader should be inspiring and motivational
    · A leader must be a listener and a resolute decision maker

    · A LEADER SHOULD BE NEUTRAL IN THE WAY HE RELATES WITH HIS SUBJECTS
Leadership entails being so dispassionate in the way you relate with people. Don’t get me wrong here; I am not saying you should be disinclined to your subjects or colleagues, I mean you have got to show to everyone around that you are unbiased and open to all. By that, you would be successfully gaining the trust of everyone around you and their confidence in you would deepen. One great mistake many leaders make is that they tend to have special subjects or colleagues they draw closer to themselves with everyone around observing the special close relationship you have with some specific subjects. The work output of those you don’t draw close to yourself as expected could be different from the others you relate more with; this can be a problem in any setting. Learn to carry everyone along, hear from everyone and communicate with everyone.

    · A LEADER SHOULD BE SOCIABLE AND CARING
Being sociable and caring to your subjects, colleagues and other associates is a strong character you must develop because this would go a long way to making you succeed as a leader. When a leader is so unfriendly and unreachable, the subjects and other associates find it difficult to help in one way or the other with respect to giving wise counsel, suggestions, discussing problems and possible solutions, including other key contributions that could be coming from them. You have got to learn to be convivialif you must benefit from your subjects and associates positively. When only what your subjects know you for ispushing them to work and delivering their services without getting to know from them their individual challenges once in a while, then their commitment to duties could be affected with time. Learn to show caring attitude to the people around you, observe their moods at work or after work, ask questions on how they are faring and they will dare to take priority of the task theyare committed to. One good turn they say deserves another.

    · A LEADER SHOULD BE INSPIRING AND MOTIVATIONAL
Being inspiring and motivational is a strong characteristics of an effective leader. Getting the best out of your subjects or associates requires you being inspiring. People should be able to draw inspiration from you by your actions, fruits and idiosyncrasy. Spearhead challenges facing your organisation or setting, be at the forefront of any situation, lead the way and others will follow suit.

    · A LEADER MUST BE A LISTENER AND A RESOLUTE DECISION MAKER
Decision making is a vital aspect of leadership because whatever action you take will either make or mar your organisation or setting. You have got to be very resolute and listen more when you are in the valley of decision making. Ensure you learn to listen to wise counsel even from your subjects, colleagues or associates. Listening is not a sign of weakness, rather it a strong attitude for purposeful delivery. Listen and learn every day and your decision making process will be eased to a large extent.

Ladies and gentlemen, see you again in WORDS ON MARBLE 72 coming up this November, just in a fortnight. Thanks for being here.

    LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SERIES

Leadership is one major factor that determines the growth and development of any nation, society, establishment, or any kind of set up with two persons or many people. When there is failure in leadership, there is bound to be failure in the set up. On the other hand, when there is remarkable leadership success, the set up grows and succeeds remarkably.

A leader is someone who has one person working with him or for him; or many people working with him or for him as subjects. You don’t have to be a business owner or a political office holder for you to be called a leader. By and large any person existing in this world is a leader somehow and somewhere and we therefore need to understand the characteristics required to be a successful leader. So many businesses have failed as a result of poor leadership and management skills .Many homes have failed today because of poor leadership charisma; this in turn has affected the larger society, the nation and the world at large with innumerable crisis bedeviling nations. When a nation is hit with a crisis, other nations could be affected in a cascade of events; these crises could have been prevented with good leadership. A leader that destroys his people is a bad leader. A leader is supposed to bring a people together and not destroy them. To become a good leader, you have got to be visionary, purposefully ensuring your followers or subjects understand your vision and aligning them to your vision with a view to making it a reality. A leader without a vision is bound to experience difficulty and failure. As a leader, you have got to be visionary, having clear and precise goals of what you want to achieve.

There are so many characteristics that could ensure successful leadership in any setting, these characteristics will make up the series of posts on this major topic tagged, “leadership development.” Today, I will be writing on four characteristics of a good and successful leader. From the next post, tens of quotes by all-time icons on leadership will be coming your way in a three posts series.

CHARACTERISTICS THAT MAKE GOOD AND EFFECTIVE LEADERS

    1) A LEADER SHOULD HAVE A CLEAR VISION AND ALWAYS COMMUNICATE HIS VISION TO THE SUBJECTS AND COLLEAGUES

Any leader who doesn’t look beyond status quo or the present is not a good leader. An effective leader is someone who looks to better the past and the present with a view to achieving new breakthroughs and setting new records or standards for the good of the subjects and every other person involved in the setting. A leader should be able to communicate his vision to his colleagues and subjects so as to direct their duties towards achieving results individually and collectively. The only way a vision can be translated to reality is by getting everyone involved, communicating them, motivating them towards the dreams and goals.

One great problem with so many leaders is that they lack direction; they don’t even communicate their vision properly to their subjects. This is like working blindly without precise steps towards achieving results. A leader without a vision will lead his subjects to utter confusion; failure is always the case with such people. Be visionary today and learn to communicate your vision to your subjects clearly and precisely!

    2) A LEADER MUST LEARN TO BE MORALLY UPRIGHT

This is another vital characteristic so many leaders take for granted. There is this popular adage that is quoted thus:” When the head is rotten, the body suffers.” This is true when it comes to moral uprightness. A good leader must be very ethical and learn to show such attributes to his subjects and colleagues always. By that he is teaching them the way to attain greater heights, he is showing to them that he is of a strong moral base and that philosophy will voluntarily or involuntarily permeate the people he works with. Discipline will be instilled, absolute commitment and zealousness will follow, positive results will unfold distractions hardly surface in such a setting with morally upright leader.

Guests, we are not done with the series as this is the introductory post. See you again in few days as I unveil more characteristics that make a good and effective leader in any setting.

“SETTING GOALS AND ACHIEVING THEM” PART 4 (EXTRA UNIQUE GOAL SETTING RULES BEYOND THE S-M-A-R-T RULES – CONCLUDING POST) –ALSO AVAILABLE IN AMR AUDIO FORMAT TO BLACKBERRY CONTACTS – PIN 2663C164. WITH ME JOSHUA.

ON http://www.motivationalwordsonmarble.blogspot.com PLUS MARK MCCORMACK QUOTES

Hello there, let me cease this opportunity to once again welcome you to the blog as I conclude the series, “setting goals and achieving them.” I must humbly acknowledge your comments and response based on the series in various social media – facebook, whatsapp, blackberry, twitter, https://www.lifepassion.net and other channels linked to this blog. By the grace of God, I have received comments of changes in mentality and approach from many guests of the blog since the series started with positive results unfolding. I received two exceptionally captivating comments and testimony via whatsapp and blackberry and for the purpose of confidentiality, I will not mention names. Like I stated at the start of the series, in applying these awe-inspiring goal setting rules, many of us shall be fired up to greater heights in our various endeavours and challenges as long as we make integrity our bedrock in life and make God first always by being prayerful, meditating and applying his word.

The past two months have seen us dwell on this eye catching topic and we are concluding the series in this post as I unveil two more extra unique goal setting rules by inspiration for successful attainment. The goal setting rules we have been brainstorming on are not restricted to individual goals, organizational goals are not left out.
Before I proceed any further, let me take time out to briefly recap the series right from where we have been coming from. You will recall we started with the popular SMART RULES, and then by inspiration more extra unique goal setting rules kept the series rolling to this concluding post as outlined below:

    S-M-A-R-T- RULES
    · S (Specific)- setting clear and precise goals
    · M (Measurable)- setting measurable or quantifiable goals for record of progress report
    · A (Attainable)-striking a balance between realistic goals and challenging goals
    · R (Relevant)- the essence of ensuring your goals are of positive impact to you and the world
    · T (Time bound)- setting yourself time limit or time frame that motivate you to action
EXTRA UNIQUE GOAL SETTING RULES SO FAR
    · Liberate yourself from doubts, focus on God and believe in yourself
    · Learn from successful people (get yourself role models)
    · Envision, ruminate, inquire and execute
    · Proclaim to yourself, write down, learn and act in response
    · Remain focused amidst initial challenges

Surfing through the first post of the series to this post will do you a lot of good if this is your first time of joining the topic. Ladies and gentlemen, it has been a swell time on this topic and we are wrapping up on a promising and action mediated note with two concluding rules.

BE PASSIONATE ABOUT YOUR GOALS, BE COMMITTED TO YOUR GOALS AND STAY OPEN STILL
ALWAYS BACK UP YOUR THOUGHTS WITH ACTION AND ALLOW GOD MEDIATE

BE PASSIONATE ABOUT YOUR GOALS, BE COMMITTED TO YOUR GOALS AND STAY OPEN STILL

Yet again we must take into cognizance the need to be very passionate about our goals when very well thought out and clearly defined. A goal that has fulfilled the SMART rules must be followed passionately. You don’t set goals and sweep them under the carpet or take to laissez-faire attitude. Be committed to your goals and you will surely achieve them. Spend time and energy on your goals and not on irrelevant tendencies, do not allow a day go by without committing yourself to your goals. Being care free is an aberration and a draw back.

Furthermore, in your passion and commitment, it is very advisable you stay open to ideas and suggestions from people. Your goals could just be stepping stones to higher and better goals. Also, difficulty could be reduced when you stay open. There is this saying that ‘no one knows it all.’ In setting goals, one must be open to suggestions and fresh ideas.
Lastly, all rules above from the first post do not guarantee success always, the need to be open therefore comes into play, failure is not a message for you to lose hope, failure should rather be taken as a message that says: you have tried and can do better. Never quit trying. Those who don’t try are failures personified. Do not be afraid of failure when trying. Many discoveries in the world today started as trials that failed but have now become landmark discoveries – you too can.

ALWAYS BACK UP YOUR THOUGHTS WITH ACTION AND ALLOW GOD MEDIATE

No amount of dreams or goals can guarantee success without action. Action is the only language success understands. If you want success to listen to you, you must speak the language of action. Being propelled is carrying out action to purposeful delivery. The beginning may not be easy but stay determined and relentless to your goals. You get closer to your goals when you act, not when you sit and think. Thoughts are good and great, but actions generate the needed results and are greater.

You cannot start a business by sitting or sleeping, you have got to move, identify the business, get the blue prints and invest. Your goal is to upgrade your organization like I am currently doing where I work as a management team member; you have got to commit the entire management with alacrity; that is action. You don’t keep quiet when you are acting, you speak, ask questions of possibilities, work towards action and results will just be unfolding. Don’t give yourself the room to relax or be comfortable, keep pushing and pressing forward to the goals.

Bringing God into your goal setting should always be your first action, then other action steps can follow, make the moves and allow God mediate. God must be allowed to mediate all your commitments and you shall see positive results. That is the greatest thing you can do for yourself. If you don’t believe in the Lordship of Jesus I crave you to do today and see positive results coming your way. Positive confession that Jesus is the Lord of your life and complete believe in your heart on the same is just the solution. You are on your way to greater heights as you make integrity the bedrock of your life. That is the God-mediated life to successful attainment of goals.

My beloved guests, I pray that God will bless your genuine efforts to success as you allow him mediate your actions. See you in October as we commence a new series bordering round LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT. Thanks a million for your reading!

My passion was born from an event that I went through. At 9 months pregnant while my spouse was 6 mos recovering from a spinal cord injury I found myself deciding between the three lives as to who would get safety through an impending hurricane. There were zero community support systems in place to ensure the entire family’s safety. Now I work in Disaster Response and Disabilities to create awareness & help with planning to help consumers who live with disabilities from finding themselves in the same situation.

“SETTING GOALS AND ACHIEVING THEM” PART 3 (EXTRA UNIQUE GOAL SETTING RULES BEYOND THE S-M-A-R-T RULES PT 2) –ALSO AVAILABLE IN AMR AUDIO FORMAT TO BLACKBERRY CONTACTS – PIN 2663C164. WITH ME JOSHUA.

ON http://www.motivationalwordsonmarble.blogspot.com PLUS QUOTES BY OVER 70 ICONS ON GOAL AND PURPOSE.

Ladies and gentlemen I am glad to welcome you to the ember months. Welcome to the month of September and I pray that God will bless the works of your hand, protect you and see you through the remaining part of the year 2013.

We are in WORDS ON MARBLE 68, we have got thousands of quotes in this blog from various icons in the past and present day, the right side bar search will be of help in your choice of icon whose quotes you may want to view, also the old posts in the BLOG ARCHIVE from the year 2010 till date are in the right side bar for your click and view.

Guests, I am not done with the series; SETTING GOALS AND ACHIEVING THEM. Here is part 3 which is the penultimate post of the series and it has been a very interesting time on this topic, your comments in various social media so far on this topic is sincerely acknowledged and I am humbled by them.

If you recall the content of my last post, we started with extra unique goal setting rules beyond the S-M-A-R-T rules to successful goal setting where I wrote on two unique rules which were:

    1. LIBERATE YOURSELF FROM DOUBTS, FOCUS ON GOD AND BELIEVE IN YOURSELF

    2. LEARN FROM SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE (HAVING ROLE MODELS)

Today I am inspired to add more unique rules beyond the S-M-A-R-T rules to successful goal setting and I have written on the essence of conjuring up (foreseeing), ruminating, inquiring, proclaiming, writing down and taking action in response, and remaining focused amidst initial challenges.

EXTRA UNIQUE GOAL SETTING RULES FOR SUCCESSFUL ATTAINMENT (part 2 with Joshua – Three more rules today)

    ENVISION, RUMINATE, INQUIRE AND EXECUTE

In setting goals, you have got to learn to conjure up your goals as accomplished, by that I mean you should try to get the picture of your accomplishment. This helps in your day to day rumination (meditation) of thought out strategies to action while you seek to inquire by various available means – through print (books), lectures, seminars and one on one inquiry.

To envision is to foresee, this brings to your subconscious mind the results you so desire as achieved. The message to action will always be sent to your cerebrum (the brain’s centre of intelligence) as you ruminate and develop yourself to the level of taking action steps to achieving your goals. A combination of foreseeing and meditating propels us to various levels of action; action includes learning and executing what you have learnt.

PROCLAIM TO YOURSELF, WRITE DOWN, LEARN AND ACT IN RESPONSE.

There is ability in positive declarations to oneself; this is a vital aspect of setting goals. It is very essential to declare one’s goals to oneself (not to another person). In the last post, I wrote about liberating yourself from doubts, negative words and thoughts; just as negative words and thoughts go a long way to affecting you negatively, positive proclamations also go a long way to propelling you to taking positive actions. When you strongly and passionately affirm your goals to yourself, you should dare to write them in a diary or jotter. Outline them in a scale of preference and dare to start taking action steps to achieving them.

Note taking is a very vital rule to successful goal setting, when you write down your goals, dare to read them to yourself everyday – in the morning when you rise from bed, in the evening when you prepare to resign to bed and midnight when you wake for a work or a meditation. This action propels you all day to think about strategies for action and execution of your goals.
Note taking of your goals should not be restricted to just writing your goals, it should include writing down strategies you have learnt in accomplishing the goals and ways of getting the resources needed for your successful attainment.

    REMAIN FOCUSED AMIDST INITIAL CHALLENGES

This is another vital rule in setting goals and achieving them. No goal setting pathway is free of challenges, therefore you must learn to be resilient when you are faced with them. Do not wait for perfect situations before you start executing your strategies, get going and stay focused. Most of the time, challenges will bring out the best in you if you take them as learning signals.

More importantly, resilience with God’s assistance is the best thing you can ever have. One key to resisting challenges is prayer to God. Sometimes God wants you to acknowledge his preeminence in your affairs and you may think your strength is just more than enough to see you through which is not true. You must acknowledge God in all your ways and he shall direct your path. Challenges will come but acknowledging God will break them by divine wisdom, assistance and direction. In all these rules, God is most supreme as you get motivated. Motivation without God is risky; you have got to make God first always in applying these rules.

See you in few days as we conclude this series titled; “setting goals and achieving them.” God bless you!

JOSHUA OSAYUWAMEN OSAGIE WRITES ON THE TOPIC “SETTING GOALS AND ACHIEVING THEM” PART 2 (EXTRA UNIQUE GOAL SETTING RULES BEYOND THE S-M-A-R-T RULES PT 1) –ALSO AVAILABLE IN AMR AUDIO FORMAT TO BLACKBERRY CONTACTS – PIN 2663C164),

ON http://www.motivationalwordsonmarble.blogspot.com PLUS QUOTES BY OVER 70 ICONS ON GOAL AND PURPOSE.

    JOSHUA WRITES:

Hello blog guests, let me formally notify you that this post makes it exactly three years of creation of this blog and I am delighted to also inform you that it is my 67th post termed WORDS ON MARBLE 67. We are in the second post of the new series titled “setting goals and achieving them,” the subtitle is “unique goal setting rules beyond the s-m-a-r-t five golden rules.” You will recall and concur with me that the s-m-a-r-t rules were elucidated in my last post with the acronym given: specific-measurable-attainable-relevant-time bound. The five golden rules are proven and so crucial to successful attainment of goals. However, like I stated in my last post, by inspiration I will be giving more extra pizzazz (pep) and time proven unique goal setting rules that can take us to successful accomplishment in record time.

EXTRA UNIQUE GOAL SETTING RULES FOR SUCCESSFUL ATTAINMENT (part 1 with Joshua – Two rules today)

Ladies and gentlemen I am inspired to give the extra pep the smart goals may not have for successful and quicker accomplishment in the success pathway. I have tested these and by the grace of God, I have proven results to give by illustrations and experience of others who have lots of proof to show.

LIBERATE YOURSELF FROM DOUBTS, FOCUS ON GOD AND BELIEVE IN YOURSELF

Guests, one great weakness that is a very easy license to failure is doubt and inferiority complex. In setting giant or small goals, you have got to think positively and talk positively, this will psychologically propel you into taking giant actions in your success pathway. When you think and talk negatively, your subconscious mind submits to failure and your goals may end in jeopardy in a short time. Some of the self demeaning clause below have destroyed many people’s goals, dreams and visions:

    1) Life is so difficult
    2) I don’t think I can
    3) Am I worth it?
    4) The world is always against me
    5) Life is so unfair and difficult
    6) I don’t think I am good enough for that

The negative thoughts and words above plus many others are capable of jeopardizing one’s goals and throwing one into self imposed frustration in life. We can easily remove doubts from ourselves when we bring God into the picture. Like I always say to people, “life should be first things first,” make God your first in everything you are involved in, believe in yourself, think and talk positively and get going with the action to success.

Goal setting requires self motivation, God remains the ultimate motivation and you have a lot to do on yourself in taking positive actions to successful attainment. Your words can make or mar you, your thoughts can do the same, your license to successful goal accomplishment is strongly hinged on the content of your thoughts, words and actions. If you think you can or think you can’t, you are probably right; think positively; speak positively, act positively and you will be in the right direction. I have spoken so many words in the past to myself, I am still doing so and will keep thinking, speaking and acting positively to the future goals. By the grace of God, it has worked for me thus far and is still working. You can not relax back when you think and speak, action should follow, your vitality increases when you get yourself into habitual positive thoughts and words. Never underestimate your ability, you can start from somewhere. Liberate yourself from doubts and get going by making God your first focus in prayers and meditation of his word.

    LEARN FROM SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE

I am still very much utilizing this important rule in my goal setting pathway in life and I seriously recommend this rule to everyone. A famous Chinese proverb is quoted thus: “if you seek to know the road ahead, inquire of those who have traveled it.” This is absolutely true and make successful goal attainment easier and quicker. If you can learn from people who have achieved what you are trying to do or want to do, follow the same steps with keen vision and not blindly, then your pathway to success can be eased to a large extent. I am not saying that you should copy negative procedures, integrity must remain your focus and essence of your actions.

Furthermore, you may not necessarily need to take exact steps and actions to successful attainment, you could even achieve yours more efficiently, much faster and with a better result when you learn the ‘dos’ and ‘don’ts’ based on the experience of successful people. Never follow successful people blindly, open up your mind, visualize their work and a better perspective can be figured out to your success. Learning from successful people could also save you the stress of starting from the scratch, you could even end up improving on how to start from the scratch, by that you can do your betters, quicker or easier. Yet again, you need God for clearer focus in learning from people.

Action! Action!! Action!!! Get going and see you in my next post for more inspired goal setting rules. It’s me Joshua once again wishing you all the best in your goals, dreams and vision. Do have yourself a splendid time all day and night. See you in few days (by the first week of September). God bless you.

    To your suceess.

JOSHUA OSAYUWAMEN OSAGIE WRITES ON THE TOPIC “SETTING GOALS AND ACHIEVING THEM” PART 1 (SMART GOALS ANALYSED) –ALSO AVAILABLE IN AMR AUDIO FORMAT TO BLACKBERRY CONTACTS – PIN 2663C164),

ON http://www.motivationalwordsonmarble.blogspot.com PLUS QUOTES BY OVER 70 ICONS ON GOAL AND PURPOSE.

    JOSHUA WRITES:

Ladies and gentlemen, you are welcome to our new series as promised titled, “setting goals and achieving them.” By the grace of God, before the end of this series we shall all be fired up to greater heights in all our pursuit as long as we make integrity our bedrock in life. Goal setting remains a vital part of the success pathway and we get motivated when we set realistic and attainable goals. While many of us may not be new to the SMART goals (an acronym for 5 characteristics of goals: Specific-Measurable-Attainable-Relevant-Time Limit), I am here by inspiration to go beyond the five and actually outline as many tips to successful goal setting and accomplishment in this series. The SMART goals have to be explained here right now.

    SMART GOALS ELUCIDATED

    Before we proceed any further, it is pertinent we decipher vividly what the SMART goals stand for. Many persons have given various meanings to the acronym but as I stated earlier, we are using the above meaning right here;

    · SPECIFICITY: For there to be a successful goal setting and accomplishment, you can not take away clarity of the goal. By that I mean your goal has to be definite and clear. Ambiguous goals do not pay off as you would end up making life difficult for yourself. Your goal should have a precise direction and in the event of starting anything towards it, the end result could be seen even from the start. Endeavour to set specific goals. Take for instance a business plan without a blueprint or a student preparing for an exam without the full course outline, insufficient direction inhibits success. That is specificity of a goal.
    · MEASURABLE: If you can not measure your goal, then you can not take note of your progress report. A goal has to be measurable in magnitude, number, date, score, volume, as the case may be. Setting your goal means you actually want to measure your success level or rate. Your goal “for the week” could actually be that you want to cut down your expenses on wants and needs using a scale of preference, it could be a daily analysis, weekly, monthly, etc, and by that your goal is measurable in dates and in volume of money you expend. That is how to set a measurable goal. Your success can therefore be measured over time.
    · ATTAINABLE: Ask yourself this vital question: Is my goal attainable? There is no doubt that goal setting motivates. However do not get overambitious to set goals that can not be achieved realistically as you could end up abrading yourself instead of motivating yourself. That is not to say your goal should not be challenging, it is a matter of being realistic. It is best when your goal is challenging and at the same time realistic, easy goals will definitely not bring out the best in you. You have got to strike a balance there.
    · RELEVANCE: Your goal should be pivotal to your life, your career and your world. That is the essence of goal setting. Your motivation increases if the goal you are setting would make a great impact to you and your world and place you on a pedestal of greatness. Don’t set irrelevant goals.
    · TIME LIMIT: Your goal should have a time frame which will spur you on. Again your motivation increases when you understand that you are racing against time. That sense of urgency is built and your work rate will increase per unit time as your target draws closer. You can not wait to enjoy your success as the time approaches zero. Time frame is key to goal setting.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is the introductory post and I have given you my word that many tips beyond this SMART five would be coming your way in this series subsequently. Welcome to the month of August! See you again in a matter of days. God bless you.

JOSHUA OSAYUWAMEN OSAGIE WRITES ON “TURNING YOUR PASSION TO PURPOSE -PART 7 –THE CONCLUDING POST” – ALSO AVAILABLE IN AMR AUDIO FORMAT TO BLACKBERRY CONTACTS (PIN – 2663C164)

    on http://www.motivationalwordsonmarble.blogspot.com

    JOSHUA WRITES:
Ladies and gentlemen it is my pleasure to welcome you to the concluding part of the series “turning your passion to purpose,” for this season. I know for sure the series will return some day in a different dimension. I can not overstate the level of response to this series across the globe in social media (blackberry, facebook, twitter and blog ping sites), websites channeled (special thanks to https://www.lifepassion.net for linking this blog up, thanks to Joy Bing – a great figure). I am absolutely humbled by your messages with respect to the six posts that made the series prior to this one. I have received messages on how the series have changed mindsets towards living more purposefully with all dues to God. Again I say – I am humbled. Thanks to P.U.S.H (Pray Until Something Happens)– a great facebook open group, Sandra Joann God bless you. I must acknowledge God for divine inspiration in writing and composing this series in 4 months, nothing was copied from any source (books or websites) though some quotes were used based on ideas learnt from some authors who I must acknowledge here right now. My due respect to Jack Canfield from whom I got the 11 purpose driven questions, not leaving out Rick Warren and other great authors I have learnt from. I strongly recommend their books to you.

Now without much ado, the crux of the series and the concluding part:

TURNING YOUR PASSION TO PURPOSE (CONCLUDING POST)
I know by now many of us are used to the eleven Jack Canfield questions below and we now know to a large extent our abilities and what we love doing that are in line with God’s will and purpose.
    What are my natural gifts?
What are my skills and talents?
What do I love to do?
When do I feel the most alive?
    What am I passionate about?
What brings me the greatest joy in life?
When do I feel the best about myself?
What are my personal strengths and characteristics?
What have others always said that I am really good at?
How do I most enjoy interacting with other people?
What would I change in the world if I could?
There is no one born worthless in this life – educated or not. You have a part to play in this life. I advertise the need for education a lot, I can not overemphasize the need for education for all, and Governments across the globe have to be committed to ensuring education for all. But for those not privileged, you are still so useful to God’s picture in life. The microcosm of God’s bigger picture spots you somewhere and somehow, seek to inquire from God in prayers. You are indeed useful. It is either you are in business or working for somebody, you are so useful.

If you are a student, the 11 Jack Canfield questions remain very invaluable to you in your career choice, don’t go to a field you can not succeed intellectually, run to where your strength can carry you to. Your ability gives you joy, your joy links you up to your purpose in God. Your purpose determines your destination. The ultimate purpose is succeeding in life, living for God and making heaven at last.

When you are in a field you don’t love, you have two options – go for another and get yourself happy or find purpose wherever you are and live for God. Take for instance I told you about a Legal Practitioner who was privileged and went back to school to study Medicine and is now living happily as a Medical Practitioner – that was his choice and he wanted to be happy, and also saving lives was his passion. You can go for what gives you joy if you can regardless of the time factor or circumstances. However, wherever you find yourself, be valuable to the world, let the world feel your impact positively. Make a difference in anything you do. Clean the mess in your profession, make integrity the base of anything you do. No profession is useless in God’s prospect – you just have to live on God’s purpose and be happy. Your life is a message, let the world learn from you. Make a difference – yes you can!

If you are an entertainer, social and management scientist, clergy, politician, engineer, medical personnel, life or physical scientist, business personnel, civil service personnel or wherever you find yourself, be that person with a difference with integrity and dignity. Your fruits show your content and your content shows who you are to the world and who you are living for. Are you living for God? God is not interested in people who want to make wealth by any means without heaven consciousness. God has given you the power to make wealth but not in the wrong way.

I write to porn stars right here and now that they are not living for God but for themselves and they can not make heaven no matter the degree of wealth as a result of pornography. Many minds have been polluted by their contents and God is unhappy, therefore they are not living on purpose. I write to corrupt politicians, I write to politicians with evil mindset, I write to terrorists of any form or kind, I write to assassins, I write to kidnappers that God is angry with the wicked everyday! They are not living on purpose. Their wealth is filthy. To false clergy without God’s call include the corrupt ones, repent now or leave that altar for God is angry!

In conclusion I want to say to everyone reading that you should become a world changer today, lets go and clean the mess in the world and make the world a better place for all.

Ladies and gentlemen I must appreciate you for your reading and God bless you! See you again in a matter of days as we commence a new series titled SETTING GOALS AND ACCOMPLISHING THEM. It’s me Joshua saying have a wonderful day!

    WORDS ON MARBLE 64
    IN http://www.motivationalwordsonmarble.blogspot.com

JOSHUA OSAYUWAMEN OSAGIE WRITES ON “TURNING YOUR PASSION TO PURPOSE -PART 6 – CULTIVATING PASSION ; IDENTIFYING YOUR PURPOSE AND LIVING ON PURPOSE –WHAT WOULD I CHANGE IN THE WORLD IF I COULD?” – ALSO AVAILABLE IN AMR AUDIO FORMAT TO BLACKBERRY CONTACTS

WHAT WOULD I CHANGE IN THE WORLD IF I COULD?

Hello there, welcome to WORDS ON MARBLE 64 and the 6th post in the series, “turning your passion to purpose” as we approach the climax of the series for this season in 2013 and migrate to another thought-provoking series in our next two post – in essence this is the penultimate post to our new series.

    In our last post, Jack Canfield (the sensational International writer) was in our spotlight as his eleven (11) purpose driven questions were outlined in our bid to stretch our frontiers in understanding what it entails in cultivating passion and identifying our purpose here on earth -God being our ultimate inspiration, the only one we can seek his face and our source of strength. We were advised to have answers to the questions individually as we seek to know more about ourselves and infixed gifts from God on us. The eleven questions again for the purpose of memory;

Now it is pertinent we consider these questions in our day to day thoughts, actions and activities no matter where we find ourselves in life and no matter our age or status (be you a student, graduate, worker, elderly, retired, etc). God has tailor-made us for a purpose and if you still have life and can breath this moment regardless of your age or status, that implies God still has a purpose for you to accomplish here on earth. From questions 1 to 10 and the unique 11th question, we can pin point our passion and we only have to align them with what God wants and the purpose for creation – a world of harmony, integrity, sincerity, accountability, peace, joy, comfort, abundance, wealth, charity and above all LOVE and GOOD MORALS and MAKING HEAVEN AT LAST.

No matter your current state or professional choice, educated, uneducated, with a job, without a job, a student, there is this inbuilt ability in you from God and there are skills, gifts and potentials in you that you can apply in changing the world. As I write I see someone reading this having a role in Politics to clean the mess there, Business is just waiting for somebody here to embrace in integrity and sincerity, Physical Science/Engineering are in need of somebody to reposition (it could be you), someone’s role is in Medicine or Life science to improve life and discover helpful concepts and laws, the Sports cycle is there for somebody reading this to improve the world, Law needs people of integrity to sanitize, Education/Art/Social Science and Humanity cycle require somebody to go and use his potential there. There is a good life waiting for someone right now – you just have to grab it!!!

All of the aforementioned fields and professions were made by God for mankind by inspiration to man and like I stated earlier the purpose is streamlined to each and everyone of us MAKING HEAVEN AT LAST.
DON’T WITHOLD YOUR TRUE GIFTS AND TALENTS FROM THE WORLD AS LONG AS GOD IS INVOLVED.

Ladies and gentlemen I would like to save the rest content of this series for my next post as we redirect our steps and get fired up for the challenges ahead. God needs you to get going!!!
See you in the last post of this series very soon. God bless you!

JOSHUA OSAYUWAMEN OSAGIE WRITES ON “TURNING YOUR PASSION TO PURPOSE -PART 5 – CULTIVATING PASSION ; IDENTIFYING YOUR PURPOSE AND LIVING ON PURPOSE – THE 11 JACK CANFIELD QUESTIONS YOU MUST ANSWER ABOUT YOURSELF” – ALSO AVAILABLE IN AMR AUDIO FORMAT TO BLACKBERRY CONTACTS. THE SELF DISCOVERY QUOTES BY ALL TIME ICONS ALSO ON
    http://www.motivationalwordsonmarble.blogspot.com

As promised Ladies and Gentlemen, I am here again in the second post of June 2013 in the series “turning your passion to purpose.” It’s the fifth post now and much have been written with responsive comments which I appreciate and acknowledge so much. We are still together in the sub “cultivating passion and identifying purpose/living on purpose.” In the last post we saw why it is very risky to follow our passion without involving God’s leading of which God’s leading is through prayer, meditation of his word and obedience to his commandment.

There are so many questions we must ask ourselves in life as we try to cultivate our passion and identify our purpose. Cultivating our passion involves serious inward thoughts about ourselves and consideration of the outward consequences of our potentials. Inward consideration involves asking ourselves the eleven Jack Canfield questions we shall be considering below. Jack Canfield, a great International writer has been able to outline these questions we must have personal answers to as we get on track in our path to destiny. Outward consequence is what those answers we have to the questions will do for us and contribute to the world.

Now no matter what we are into already or intend to get into, the questions above are pivotal to our decision making in life. With divine inspiration from God and total obedience to his leading in prayers and his word, we will sure get on track and identify our purpose here on earth.

Ladies and gentlemen, in our July post and with exemplary considerations, we shall be considering some of the questions above especially the last one which says: What would I change in the world if I could? Wow! What a question! There lies the secret of our purpose here on earth, our calling and even our carrier choice.

Thanks once again for surfing through today’s post (and for listening – to my blackberry contacts). God bless you!

WORDS ON MARBLE 62 on http://www.motivationalwordsonmarble.blogspot.com

JOSHUA OSAGIE OSAYUWAMEN WRITES ON “TURNING YOUR PASSION TO PURPOSE -PART 4 – CULTIVATING PASSION RATHER THAN FOLLOWING PASSION ; IDENTIFYING YOUR PURPOSE AND LIVING ON PURPOSE” – ALSO AVAILABLE IN AMR AUDIO FORMAT TO BLACKBERRY CONTACTS

Ladies and gentlemen once again let me welcome you for making out time to surf through this blog (and to blackberry contacts, for listening to this amr audio format for free) as we go into the 4th post in this series – turning your passion to purpose. It’s a different dimension today as I concentrate on cultivating your passion rather than following your passion. So many people have made a great mistake in following their passion and the end result – total failure. Cultivate your passion, don’t follow anything you feel enthused about or have fervor for.

Like I stated in the last post, everyone in life is custom-made by God for a purpose; in actual fact we are born with a unique life purpose and are in existence for a reason, we can not do without one another, we are bonded to the microcosm of the bigger picture of life and earth. Life purpose is not just an expression of your potential, passion, skills, drive and the likes, it is God’s gift to you to reach out to the world in edification and great impact. Now get me here; there is a great sense of fulfillment and happiness when you are living your life on purpose. When you follow your passion without involving God’s leading, you may end up in sorrow, unhappiness, or worse off destroying yourself and others. Living on purpose is not all about making lots of money in life, it goes with happiness, fulfillment and the desire to please God. If your life is not pleasing to God, you are not living on purpose, it may look all well with you with endowments materially and physically, but being displeasing to God is a total aberration of God’s plan to the world. How is your passion like? Why don’t you cultivate your passion to be pleasing to God and humanity? Why don’t you leave God to do his intention through you in putting smiles on faces why at the same time making you wealthy and pleasing of him? Why don’t you shun desperation to succeed at any cost? Why don’t you dare to achieve it the right way? Why don’t you allow patience to take you to God’s purpose for you? This is a food for thought and I believe we are on course to more details here.

There are so many philanthropists (even International philanthropists) helping mankind on health issues and eradicating poverty with their wealth, they may be living a good life and helping the less privileged, but one thing is more important – their life being pleasing to God. So many scammers are making lots of money online and offline, and they love what they are doing, but God is unhappy with them. Kidnappers everywhere, pornstars making money, people doing shows that are immoral and making lots of money, terrorists, assassins and many other fraudulent people who are even involved in helping nations and people. But God is unhappy because they are not living on purpose. Oh what a life!

You know what? There is still a chance for change and God is always ready to embrace they that admit to errors of their life, own up to them and submit to the Lordship of Jesus. Believing with your heart and confessing with your mouth that Jesus is Lord of your life is key.

Ladies and gentlemen we are not done with this series. In a bid to cultivate your passion, many things need to be understood aside God’s divine purpose of which God’s divine purpose supersedes every other thing. We are making gradual progress. Thanks for your comments and accolades by calls, messages and social media contact – facebook, twitter, blackberry, etc. It’s my passion and I enjoy doing this, I am not taking any glory, its all to God’s glory. There is no pride in this, I only have joy that the message and mandate I have from God in reaching out is being fulfilled. Thanks a million and God bless you. See you again soon.

TURNING YOUR PASSION TO PURPOSE (PART 3) – UNDERSTANDING YOUR PASSION AND KNOWING YOUR PURPOSE

UPDATE LIVE ON YOUR BLOG http://www.motivationalwordsonmarble.blogspot.com/ FOR MORE. ENJOY!

Hello guests, again you are warmly welcome to this blog and the 61st post by and large cum the third in this series “turning your passion to purpose.” Ladies and gentlemen many people believe that figuring out their purpose is impossible as life has become so unpredictable these days. It is important we know our purpose here on earth and God is only the answer to the question: What is my purpose here on earth?

You are custom-made by God for a purpose, he has imbued you with great potentials, talents, passion to be a plus to your generation, it is your duty to discover them by seeking his face. There is no human being born worthless to his/her generation, no not one. Awesome to know I guess? Oh yes!

Here are some successful people who are living proof that your passion can be your purpose, your talent can be your purpose, your potential can be your purpose, your skills can be your purpose. Oh mine!

    1) Richie speaks: For me personally it was helping others succeed and in turn that made me successful.

    2) A cosmetics specialist speaks: I blended my love for make up with my love for entrepreneurship and created a brand that gives women the tools to succeed.

    3) And another: Loving what you do each day is not a fairytale, it is not out of reach and it is not a possibility for only a select few. Everyone can use their unique talents and interests to become successful content and happy – it just takes effort, persistence and sheer will-power.

    4) And a renowned Doctor: I got my first degree in Law and yet went back to school for anyother first degree in Medicine, my passion has always been there – saving lives.

The list can just keep going on and on actually but I just have to pause at this juncture as we shall be going deeper in this series subsequently.

Now ladies and gentlemen, there is no doubt we all are infixed with potentials and of course passion for various things. However, one fact remains – our passion should never be detrimental to us or to our world. Ensure your passion brings out the star in you that will irradiate the world around you and place you on the pedestal of greatness. God bless you and see you again with 2 great posts in the month of June on “turning your passion to purpose,” its me Joshua saying bye for now.

TURNING YOUR PASSION TO PURPOSE (PT 2)
On http://www.motivationalwordsonmarble.blogspot.com – THE DIAMOND POST

Hello guests and welcome to part 2 of the series “turning your passion to purpose.” With me the last time was the prelude to this thought provoking series as we were briefly led into the introductory aspect. We concluded with a salient statement quoted thus: passion has to be tied to purpose for life to be more meaningful and fulfilling and for the world to feel our positive impact.

There are two things I want to bring out from that self-inspired quote of mine. The first is; “for life to be more meaningful and fulfilling,” and the second is; “for the world to feel your positive impact.” These two tonic are the essence of our existence without which life would be worthless. If you are not fulfilling your purpose and your life is without meaning, ladies and gentlemen, pause and think, redirect your steps, get to scrutinize your passion and fine tune yourself. On the other hand if the world is not feeling your positive impact, you are not adding value to other people’s lives, people see you everyday and frown or people run away from you whenever you come around; guests, there is a problem there that you alone can address, redirect and fine tune your passion. Furthermore, here comes another category of people who affect others negatively and win their support, make them smile but end up destroying them morally or psychologically as a result of their negative passion: I beg of you run away from such people and if you are the type, redirect your steps for the world will not forgive you for negatively influencing others to destruction and your self-destruction.

Ladies and gentlemen I have segregated myself from countless friends as a result of what they have passion for and I sincerely have no regret for doing so. Their life style and passion were immoral and contrary to mine and I just had to keep them distant from my path. I so advice you do the same today and beware of friends with negative passion, their influence on you would be destructive.
With me in the next post and in this same series, we shall be assuming another dimension in this topic as we go into deeper details and take examples of people who successfully turned their passion to purpose. I ask again today: What are your passions, fervors, likes, etc? Are they positively affecting you and your world? More thoughts people!

Obrigado my guests for your time with me in this series as we journey into more details subsequently. See you in May for the next post soon. God bless you.

    I love writing and storytelling…

I’m Amandah Blackwell, owner of Savvy-Writer.com. I’ve been writing professionally for small, medium, and large businesses; and entrepreneurs, since 2008. My writing specialties include blog copywriting, article writing, web content writing, creative writing, ghost writing, eBooks, newsletter writing, and bios. I was honored to be a contributing author on “Media Magnetism: How to Attract the Favorable Publicity You Want and Deserve.”

I was blessed in November 2012 to receive a publishing contract with Nascent Digital Press, LLC and am published under the pen name Celeste Teylar. My first book, “Color Your Life: Daily Meditations for the Creative Soul,” was published in December 2012. “Through the use of color and creativity, you’ll be guided on a soulful journey that teaches you to “paint each day” with a different color.” For example, if you need to ‘lighten up,’ you can paint your day with yellow, which is a warm and cheery color.

I wrote two more books in the “Daily Meditations” series (publishing dates TBA) in addition to a children’s picture book, which is to be published under Amandah Tayler Blackwell.

Other writing projects outside of Nascent include books in the romance, ghost, historical genre in addition to middle grade and YA.

Finally, I write screenplays too. I wrote a half-hour family sitcom with my sister; we’re still developing the screenplay. And, I wrote a supernatural, dramady (drama/comedy) that I’m pitching.

Visit my writer website at Savvy-Writer.com, and my author website at AmandahBlackwell.com. Have a look around and read excerpts from my books and check out the blog posts.

An opportunity is always waiting we just have to see it. As a hardworking individual who served his country proud in the USArmy. I have encountered many obstacles with a positive approach. It is the desire to overcome that keeps me hungry for success.
I have worked in retail management , sales and in counseling for over 20 years. It has all brought me to create my brand to assist what I believe will be the next successful venture in women’s sports and girls youth sports.
Our brand of apparel gear expresses the passion that every girl/women strives for in the equality of sports. The opportunity to compete in the same sport that men do and be accepted is a huge accomplishment.
In 2008 we ventured on our journey to support lingerie football. Critics and others questioned our path. The league was criticized for its branding style. But what a very few saw was the elevation of women’s football on a media level that was taken notice even at a negative level.
Three years later the nojokefootball brand of apparel has grown along with the questionable league and supported by those who want womens football to be taken seriously and accepted. Is it a starting point? Yes.
As founder of Gridiron Beauties, I Oscar F Lopez socially built a platform on Facebook and today act as the main source worldwide of women’s football news, web shared gallaries through various social outlets.
Our partnership with zazzle.com has afforded us the opportunity to expand our brand on a global logistics scale minus the traditional overheard costs.
We help women’s football teams, organizations and players to better market themselves and use the social avenues afforded to increase revenue, sponsoring and meet individual goals.
We love to network with a diverse groups and individuals

Being a mother, a lover, a partner, a sister, a daughter, a friend and a coach my passion darts into many areas. However when the rubber meets the road my passion has one direct course: Sexuality Empowerment.

I work with women, men and couples to help them over come the shame of societal constraints and heal traumas. Regain intimacy and self-love, over come fears and anxiety. I do this through personal sex and relationship coaching, seminars, workshops, bodywork, reiki, art therapy, and much more.

I am always touched when my clients come to me with a new vitality for life, an awakened thirst for adventure and an opened heart. Seeing themselves in a loving light instead of shame and internal pain.

Eliminating clutter is NOT about organizing the “stuff,” — it’s about creating a “Productive Environment™” — an intentional setting in which everything supports who you are — or who you want to be. It’s about creating SYSTEMs (Saving You Space Time Energy Money!) to do what needs to be done — at home and at work! My first book, Taming the Paper Tiger at Home written in 1988, and updated for the 21st century as Organizing Paper @Home: What To Toss and How To Find the Rest!, addresses the habits which create paper clutter and stress, and provides proven strategies which answer the crucial question: “What WILL I do?”

My goal is to help owners and managers of small, medium or large businesses, spend less time working IN the business and more time working ON the business. In the end, you’ll be spending less total time working and will be making more money. I’d also like to help you put the FUN back in your business and your life.

As a business owner myself, I know what it is like to worry about the day-to-day survival of the business and making the amount of money needed to run my business and personal life. I understand what it’s like to put in long hours and wonder what happened to the dreams and vision I had for my life and future.

I am here to help you change all of that. We will work together to redefine your dreams and vision, and then we will put into place the necessary systems, strategies, and tactics that will allow you to turn your business venture into a thriving, successful one.

I work internationally empowering women to create the life they choose. I believe that we often create our life using someone else’s rules of what should make us happy without questioning whether it works for us. They have ticked all the boxes and achieved all the things but feel there is something missing and life feels rather empty and lacking meaning. I give personal exclusive support to reconnect to your heart and discover the missing pieces and then create new boxes to tick (yours, not anyone one else’s) and so finally feel happy and fulfilled with whatever you choose to do with your life. For more information you can visit http://www.jessicamcgregorjohnson.com

I am also the author of two books. “Remembering Perfection – Everyday Inspiration for Living Your Spirituality” has been described as “one of the best books I’ve ever read on the subject of how to live not only your best life but always in grace.” and my new book due out in November 2012 is focused on that moment when you realise that you have the wrong life and how to make the necessary changes to get the right one.

As well as my individual coaching and mentoring I also speak at women’s events. I have an inspiring keynote speech, using my own varied life story, on why following your passion is the key to a happy and fulfilling life and how you can begin to tick the right boxes and finally live your passionate life.

I believe that the best thing that happened to man is that he is given the ability to move away from whatever will not promote him or his peace of mind. I don’t like to waste my time on things that will not yield any profit. I like to keep moving without allowing anything or anyone slow me down. I don’t like to dwell on lost causes; once I fail, I laugh it off and move on fast. I like to encourage everyone who comes across my path to take the same position with life and with issues of life. In the cause of continuous movement, I meet people and interact again without holding them responsible for previous failures. I always position myself to learn something new again in the cause of my journey. I see hope in every new interaction and until I am proved otherwise, I always give the next contact the benefit of doubt. I like to believe I am very detached from the issues that cause disappointment and frustration in other people.

My life passion is Edutainment. My social enterprise, BALANCE Edutainment, is an emerging thought-leader at the intersection of the education and entertainment sectors. As an edutainment production firm, BALANCE focuses on “Transformational Entertainment”. We develop educational entertainment products for youth and families that raise awareness of critical social and environmental issues, and engage people in working together to improve their communities.

The Kaiser Family Foundation reports U.S. 8-18 year olds average 7.5 hours per day on screens. For Blacks and Latinos, it is 13 hours! Most of the content on screens is not educational and often destructive. E.g., data from Youtube Trends in early 2012 shows only 7.5% of the top videos for 13-17 year olds have educational elements and 35% have what may be considered adult elements. The social impact includes violence/behavioral disorders, anxiety and under developed problem-solving skills.

Our flagship initiative, Pacha’s Pajamas, is a social brand centered on a story about a little girl who becomes a superhero for Nature. Pacha’s Pajamas has received endorsements from authors to celebrities to school superintendents. We offer a live show, a children’s book, and music feat. iconic actor Mos Def, rap star Talib Kweli and talented young singers. We intend to release our first full album this Spring as well as educational mobile applications, games, more interactive elements on our website and a pilot for a webisodic or cable TV series.

We will soon launch our “Kidstarter” program to support young people in starting meaningful projects in their communities. We will help selected youth build their audience and crowdfund their project.

I firmly believe that each of us desires to tap into this treasure. Deep down, we want to reshape our world for the better and uplift humanity. We want to solve major problems, help the unfortunate, discover, explore, and search for the truth. We all want to make our impact on the world around us – big or small doesn’t really matter. We just want to know we made a difference.

Inspired by this, I wrote a book called Driven: A How-to Strategy to Unlock your Greatest Potential (Wiley 2010). Driven introduces a new inspirational concept called Junoon. Junoon is the foundation for an Achievement Lifestyle.

I also am utilizing open source innovation as a backbone for my new company, 113 Technologies. This company came out of my drive to connect Universities with the R&D section of major corporations.

Great responses by everyone! What a great idea!

First off, thanks for this opportunity. I’ll share my story as it leads to what I am doing now.

I have been a writer since I was in elementary school. However at age 16 I decided to attempt writing a book. I did this for a variety of reasons: to see if I could do it (experiment on self), return to my childhood fantasy world, and as an escape from my miserable HS existence to cope with my social alienation. I taught myself how to do it, and as a result a saga was born. I also drew the characters and put them in a portfolio. At first I never intended to publish, but after coaxing from family and a series of events I try at age 21 with mainstream publishers with the book I wrote at 16. I don’t make it so I go to college. After getting out I decide to go independent at age 28. My first experience was terrible since the publisher was unethical, but I find a better publisher at 29. Not end of story.

As I begin marketing the book, my job at an analytical lab was claimed by the recession, so in addition to looking for work I began marketing double time, but I am forced to market on a small budget and save back for more costlier things. I never did find a job in the scientific field or anywhere else for that matter, but I kept marketing my book on my lean budget, but somebody took notice.

When I suffered at the hands of the unethical publisher, I met a fellow author who helps victimized authors and owns the publisher I went to and helps people who have questions about independent publishing after reading his book. We stayed in touch after I published at his company. This year he invited me to participate in a project with him where I wrote a small ebook about my “lean marketing strategem” which will be coming out later this year and it’s called “Self Promoting and Survival Tips for Newbie Authors”. I am also writing articles for the publisher’s websites which I learned how to do very quickly. Furthermore I am in the process of being hired as a concierge for them. All of this is as a concequence of the book I wrote at 16, and I am a young author (only 30) and still new to the publishing industry, but swimming with knowledge and still learning more.

This story tells my new passion in addition to getting my saga published and out there. I am starting a business on marketing assistance, publishing assistance in regards to independent/self publishing, and writing coaching. Some things are still in process, but there are things I am doing now.

    Friends

There are good ships and there are bad ships, but the best ships are friendships.

Friends are important and having good friends will multiply our joy, share our sorrows which divides our grief, they encourage us and bring out the best in us and share in our happiness when we’ve won.

Friends are to be cherished; yes they are sometimes blatantly honest cause they know us so well and that can hurt. We must remember that a true friend is there to encourage us to be better and that is a process that may hurt but we will grow.

A true friend never gets in your way, unless you’re on your way down. They walk in when others walk out and they are there for you when they’d rather be somewhere else.

Being a friend to others makes us the people we are, we need to befriend ourselves first so that we can be a friend. Eleanor Roosevelt sums if up so well “Friendship with oneself is all-important because without it one cannot be friends with anyone else in the world.”

Thank you for the opportunity to share a snippet. I have relocated to a land that has a challenging language. As a result, my relationship to English has changed. I speak it mostly with my keyboard these days.

It was not the first time nor the last, but in the Gregorian year of 2001 I sunk more and more deeply into an abyss of depression. At one point, I cried out in anguish – If I had a gun, I would shoot myself. Moments later, there was a knock on the door. My neighbor was feeling guilty about the money he owed me. He gave me a nice little pistol and a box of ammo.

That was shortly before September 11th. I put the package on top of my monitor as a fail-safe symbol.

On September 12th, 2001 I booted my system and stared at that alternative as I waited for everything to open. The last program to populate was The American Heritage Dictionary with a new word. That day the word was “ameliorate.”

I am very passionate about amelioration!

I hope it helps those with questions on board governance, dealing with difficult personalities, understanding your strengths and weaknesses, etc.

I help people avoid overwhelm, overcome obstacles and get back in control of their llives by retoring calm, clarity & confidence about who they are and what they want to do through my company Breathing Space.

After 20 years in the advertising business, achieving board level status, I crashed out spectacularly and felt I had lost everything – my marriage, my home, my job, my income. What I learned subsequently has helped me turn my life around. I’ve learned a lot and I’ve changed a lot of my unhelpful thought processes.

These proven techniques that changed my life are what I share with my clients, through 1-2-1 appointments (by phone or in person), live events, webcasts and through my e-books and audio programmes which are distributed worldwide.

If you feel overwhelmed or are facing a challenging time in your life and you need some non-judgmental, confidential support, please contact me on annie@breathingspacetherapies.com.

I’ve helped people with relationship issues, career issues, self-worth issues, ill health and much more and get testimonials from my clients telling me how much they have valued my support.

My primary passion is self-healing and spirituality.
Secondarily, I love acting and writing. I wrote an autobiography recently about spiritual lesson I’ve learned from a life in Hollywood to combine my three passions.
Bright light is the story of every person’s journey: we come in with, and as a bright light of hope possibility, love and trust. At some point in most of our lives, a person or circumstance presents itself that gives us this irrefutable message: turn your light down to stay safe in this world. It is our decision to voyage back – or not- to the authenticity of who we are that dfines our ultimate life journey.

    Introducing Dare To Fly

Dare To Fly’s mission is ‘to intuitively and expertly empower individuals and organisations to release their true potential.’

This mission, along with the vision and values of the organisation, is demonstrated by its founder Judith Flowerday and all of the friendly and non-judgemental coaches, mentors and trainers who work alongside her. Dare To Fly aims to deliver a fully supportive, honest and genuine service of excellent quality to all its clients, every time.

Judith qualified as a coach in 2006 and quickly developed a genuine interest in her clients, a commitment to their growth and an unshakeable belief in the power of the coaching intervention. In March 2009 Dare To Fly was born out of Judith’s desire to empower “the universe”, or more realistically, as many individuals and organisations as possible!

It took Judith almost 2 years to realise that she couldn’t empower the universe alone and to create the Dare To Fly vision, including: –

‘Working alongside people who demonstrate the same vision and values and grow from coaching.’

The Dare To Fly team now includes coaches, mentors and trainers who share the same vision, mission and values. Collectively we may never empower the universe but we would be delighted to assist you as an individual, or your organisation, to release your true potential!

Currently the majority of our team members are based in Norwich and around the Norfolk area. However, Dare To Fly is continuing to welcome like-minded individuals to offer coaching, mentoring and training nationwide, so wherever you are there is a distinct possibility we will be able to offer you the support that you desire.

    An Introduction To Coaching

Whether coaching is offered to you as an individual or to your organisation, at the heart of it will always be a totally confidential relationship between you and your coach. Dare To Fly coaches are friendly, non-judgemental and totally supportive, providing you with a safe environment in which to explore your challenges, solutions, goals and dreams. With your coach’s support you can close the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. The coach’s goal is to help you release your true potential and each session is focused totally on you and helping you to create the life and/or business that you desire.

You may already know that coaching can offer solutions to a huge number of challenges so it won’t be a surprise to know that the benefits listed on these pages aren’t exhaustive by any means!

Your Dare To Fly coach can help you identify what type of coaching package will best suit your individual or organisational needs and lifestyle. This could be simply face-to-face, one-to-one or team coaching sessions or could include additional support by telephone, email or text message.

A coaching session can include the elements of coaching, brain-storming, clarification of your values, exploring plans of action, examining the way you currently live your life or run your business, clarifying questions and empowering requests. Sometimes the questions can be gently challenging, but will always be non-directive. You can also take the time for deep, reflective thinking.

Even though a session can be challenging, it is structured to always be rewarding, and you will always feel fully supported by your coach. All clients and organisations are individual and therefore experience success at different rates. It is not unusual to still be getting benefit from the coaching session long after it has finished! Coaching is thought-provoking and life-changing.

    Life Coaching

If you would like to achieve greater happiness and fulfilment in any area of your life (and who wouldn’t?!) Dare To Fly can offer you life coaching on a one-to-one basis or for you and your partner together. Sessions normally last for an hour but longer sessions can be arranged if required.

I’m passionate about sharing the beauty of nature with others so that they may in turn realize how fortunate we are to be alive. I do this through landscape photography, writing, and speaking. Our world is surrounded by negativity, but with just a small shift in perspective, we can learn to appreciate what is worthwhile. This is what I try to do through my creative work.

Thank you for the opportunity to tell you about my passions.
Following a long, enjoyable and successful period in corporate life I began a new career in early 1998 as a self-employed consultant and business coach. As a result of this move and the subsequent changes in my business focus over the ensuing years due to the many challenges that face small business owners, I learnt to appreciate the work and clients that I enjoyed. My daily affirmation has become:

I do the work I really love …
I work with and for people I really like …
    and
    I am earning good money.

With this in mind I have defined the ten key passions in my working life as follows:

    • Being part of a team … working with like-minded people to initiate and/or support change, innovation and synergy … coupled with the challenge of adapting to the views of others.
    • Working with empathy and intuition whilst recognising the potential within people … getting to the deeper meaning beneath the surface of work-related and inter-personal issues.
    • Travelling … Discovery of new places and the interaction with people from other cultures and beliefs.
    • My own personal growth, development and learning … frequently as a result of course facilitation and interpersonal communication … and applying it within a coaching and mentoring environment.
    • Acting as a ‘Change Agent’. Having a role where I can influence thinking whilst supporting those given the accountability of delivering a successful outcome.
    • Being utilised as a ‘Trouble Shooter’ through applying experience and an innate ability to identify issues … be they people, processes or procedures … and/or inappropriate methodology.
    • Doing things well and as professionally as possible … given time and resource constraints and the value of the work to be done … using adequate research, preparation, organisation and review procedures, but not ‘perfectionism’ to meet a client’s expectations.
    • Empowering others to do ‘it’ for themselves … through the process of coaching or being a mentor rather than a critic.
    • Interaction during course facilitation … at both an individual and group level … since it challenges me to stay out of ego, develop exceptional listening skills and learn something new from each encounter.
    • The enjoyment of having my intellect challenged rather than getting bored with repetition … when some or all of the above are not happening.

    Greetings to all readers,
My passion is to share with everyone I can how natuer can be a teacher in our lives. Once our society reclaims the emotional and spiritual part of our beings as equally valueable as our minds and bodies, we will rediscover a common thread in our humanity. Then we will be open to experiencing nature as a teacher and a partner in co-creating a healthy lifestyle on earth that is abundant and beneficial. My passions is to continue to discover the depths of myself in my journey to understand humanity and to walk in this life with self love, love of others and my love of nature glowing from within me. If you’d like to experience one of our outings in nature visit us at http://www.full-circle-adventures.com for more information and program dates!

    Hi everybody!

My passions include trading the financial markets, writing and recording electronic dance music, web marketing, volunteering for a rabbit rescue group, and hanging out online with Joy and Keith!

Unfortunately, none of these are making much money for me these days, and what’s worse is that several months ago I lost my day job… so now I’m struggling just to keep a couple of minimum wage temp jobs and it’s not going to well. I don’t even own or car anymore or I’d apply for a pizza delivery job. Geeze, what a great career for somebody who’s almost 50. Anyway, still trying to keep the faith and a positive attitude.

I am passionate about uncovering a more complete truth of our history and its ancient origins.

I believe in revisiting the stories that have been passed down throughout time, especially concerning the teachings of Jesus, the Egyptian mysteries and other esoteric pieces to the puzzle. As we uncover the hidden truth of our spiritual legacy, we can expand our sense of the human potential.

This information has the ability to transcend perceived limitation and eliminate many of our modern problems, including our approach to environmental sustainability, health, social justice, and religious and political issues that are in dire need of correction.

Humanity is at the crossroads of a new and exciting time! We must step up and fashion our future free from the remaining biases and prejudices that still exist in our world.

We must accept our destiny and complete the Great Work of Humanity so that all people may have a choice to embrace hope, prosperity, and peace.

My passion has been to be a successful coach and this I have most definitely achieved. But if my success is to be measured in monitory terms then it has been a disaster.
Not all things in life can, or should be measured in cash.
Let’s just say that my coaching academy painted a picture of ease and plenty.
The reality has been that 8 out of 10 people know little about coaching.

7out of 10 that could benefit from it but can not justify spending it on them selves.
And at least half can not actually afford it in this present climate.
All in all coaching is fantastic and mostly I have attracted the people that most needed it and they are the ones that have been less able to afford it than others.
I coached them anyway and we are all winners for this. Ok it doesn’t pay the bills but most passions don’t.. Do they?

Dr Andy and Dr Heather Yates, to facilitate pain and emotional relief in any or all of these areas, developed BIO-INTEGRATION, which uses a client-centered combination of techniques. Much success and relief has been achieved with a wide variety of chronic ailments, such as Lupus, Fibromyalgia, Menieres Disease and Rheumatoid Arthritis. Amazing results have also been achieved with some life threatening ailments.

The body has an in-built knowledge of how to heal itself and is constantly striving to return to equilibrium. Unfortunately, many of us have forgotten how to listen to our bodies. BIO-INTEGRATION helps to restore the balance and permits the healing to occur.

It has been discovered, partly from Quantum Physics, that all of life’s memories are stored somewhere in the body. When these memories are traumatic, they cause blockages in the body’s energy flow, creating dis-ease. BIO-INTEGRATION helps remove these blockages and restores the body’s natural flow.

Using BIO-INTEGRATION, a form of deep relaxation is achieved, which enables the enjoyment of a heightened sense of awareness.

    Bio-Integration for:

    Pain Management – mental, emotional and/or physical
    Weight loss
    Quit habits
    Manage stress
    Past-life regression

    Increase creativity and performance capabilities
    Improve study habits

I consider myself VERY lucky to have found my passion in life when I was a mere 36 years old. That’s when I started professionally massaging people part-time and 12 years later turned it into a full time career and have never looked back. Similar to Joy, I was burned out from the Corporate world and decided to work for myself, independently…thus Michael’s Mobile Massage was born. I have worked in 3 different regions of the country and each time have had a successful rebirth of my practice. I am now practicing in the So. CA desert in a resort community where I provide out-call massage to clients’ homes, offices, hotel rooms, timeshares and B&B’s. I am also CA State Board-Certified which grants me access to the entire State of California to practice what I enjoy most and gives my clients optimum pleasure and satisfaction with each session. Thank you Joy for this opportunity to share my passion – Astrology! Most people’s experience with Astrology is from what they read in newspapers and magazines (called Sun Astrology) which only looks at 1/10 of who you truly are from a planetary perspective. This type of Astrology was a brainchild to help sell more newspapers 100 years ago.

Through my blog and chart readings, I guide my clients and followers through the Zodiac, showing them how they truly are living the life their Soul contracted to this lifetime by working with the current planetary energy. I also help with current year themes via the Solar Return chart reading, which shows key areas of direction your Soul is guiding you towards each year, from birthday to birthday.

There are other readings: the Relocation chart when you move to live elsewhere; Business Return charts show the up and down business cycles; and Relationship chart readings where the Relationship between you is an entity unto itself and how both of you relate to it.

Astrology has helped me, any my local and international clients, these past 10 years to understand our uniqueness, and to embrace ourselves wholly and heartily. We look at how the Moon’s monthly cycles, and the Sun’s yearly cycles, bring us closer to our Destiny of what we agreed to do this lifetime, as well as mini-goals to set for our own self growth, ambition, and relationships.

Join my blog newsletter by visiting my website, StarSeeker Connection, which you will receive every time I blog:

For more than forty-five years I have been expressing my passion for life mastery.I have referred to it under numerous titles such as the Smart Way to live, manage and organize; Systematic Development, etc. The main point has been, and will be, to get people to see that they are responsible for the outcomes in their lives and therefore should take charge, mastering it to become the person of their choice. In fact that is exactly what they are doing. Whether the outcome is gratifying or not, we are responsible. This task has just naturally fallen to me and I became passionate about it, researching it far and wide as well as examining my own experiences.
As an organization consultant, Speaker, mentor, coach and minister, my effort has always been to get as many people as possible to see the great promise that lies ahead for each of us. My life experiences have enabled me to present my process on a practical rather than a theoretical basis. I have seen much difficulty yet I know that behind it all is a bright light of hope and romise for each of us. Follow me on Twitter and Facebook. Hello. Ever since I was a teenager, many moons ago, I wanted to work with other adopted individuals. I am an Adoption Specialist in Parker, CO. I am living my dream of wanting to help other people who have been adopted, live happier, healthier lives. It is a wonderful thing to be adopted, in most cases, but for some, it is still a struggle. Life offers many challenges that trigger emotion deep within our selves. Many times we choose to push it down further and neglect ourselves, but doing so only makes matters worse. For most adopted individuals, feeling needed, accepted, loved, understood and complete, are things that are hard to come by. Non-adopted individuals just “don’t get it”. Being an adoptee, I “get it”. I offer affordable adoption counseling for children, teens and adults who’ve been adopted.

Thanks for reading this and I hope to hear from you soon! Thanks for letting me post a passion of mine on this site.

Thank you Joy for this opportunity to share with others about my work. Following is my bio:

Naomi Tickle is an International speaker, Personologist (face reading expert), career consultant and author of… What Makes People Tick and Why – Her presentations are informative and entertaining. If you are looking for a speaker that offers new insights into human behavior, you will not be disappointed. A great tool for coaches, sales, communications, team building, relationships, children and much more.

Naomi’s clients include Norwich University, IBM marketing division, AT&T, CNN, National Semiconductor, Real Estate, New York College Administration Conference, Orthodontist, Macys, FAMA plus many more. She offers workshops and lectures throughout the United States, Canada, Australia and England.

The system I use, Personology, has been well researched. We have developed a computerized career program that matches up an individuals innate abilities and talents that can be seen in the face to career suggestions. This system applies across all cultures. Career/Personality profiles can be successfully made from photographs or in person. This is not an intuitive reading, it is more of a science. We have conducted blind studies with career counselors comparing our system with traditional tests. Based on the feedback from clients, our program is often a better match.

Students are leaving school with a degree in their hands and still do not have a clue. The system we have developed is helping hundreds of people world wide to get back on track with their life. I think of the features in the face as the GPS to our inner blue print. It provides us with a template to work from. Validating much about what we know of ourselves, giving people the confidence to move forward with their lives.

My passion is about helping people throughout the world to live a life that brings them a deeper level of statisfaction. To offer a better understanding of human behavior. Leaving a legacy of making a difference in the world.

    Greetings!

My coaching tends to get to the heart of the person. I am skilled at helping people see their situation from a broader view and outside of the box. Thus when you make any decision from a greater sense of awareness and clarity, you are more likely to make the right choice(s).

As a veteran coach I am still as passionate about and committed to delivering the best coaching I am capable on each and every person or company that chooses to engage with me as I was 16 years ago when I first starting professionally coaching.
My rather long experience as a life coach will become immediately evident to you and the results you are looking for will come at a reasonably fast pace. Your pace, but facilitated by my years of coaching a vast array of circumstances and personalities. This will translate to the savings of both your time and money. If you are like most people, those two items are valuable commodities, ones that I am sensitive to and will keep in the forefront of my mind each time we speak.

It is fair to say that you will find great value in having one complimentary session for 55 minutes with me on the phone. This call comes with no strings attached and would be prompted by your open mindedness, willingness, and most importantly, your curiosity.

If after reading the material on my site, you are interested in moving forward, you can take me up on this offer of a complimentary session. You can ask any questions you may have about coaching addressed, experience some coaching, and see and feel if there is a fit for you.
I look forward to the opportunity to learn more about you.

I help people feel better about themselves and their relationships by teaching them about our differences as men and women. Singles and couples benefit. We were never taught to understand why someone behaves the way they do, why they say (or not say) what they say, and what their behavior means.

Understanding why is the remedy for not taking their behavior personally. The result is more appreciation for others, more peace of mind and a lot less stress! Contact me for a free half hour consultation. Be well and happy.

You have financial questions – we have honest answers.

I am a Wealth Coach – which is different from being a financial advisor. My passion is to help you (and others) make better choices with your money everyday. That doesn’t happen by me telling you what to do. It happens when you have the tools and understanding of your own situation to make those choices on your own. In addition, I operate under a fiduciary standard of care – to only do what is in your best interests.

I am an innovator in financial services, using world class knowledge in behavioral economics (what goes on in your brain as you make financial decisions), personal development and financial planning.

Thank you so much for this opportunity for me to let people know about something that has changed my life. My line of work over the past 30 years has been in the field of personal development. My speciality is energy clearing an balancing. Almost 2 years ago I was diagnosed w/a VERY underactive thyroid. Western Medicine Practitioners insisted I go on medication, which I declined. Along with weight gain, over eating and regular night sweats I became deeply depreseed to the point to which I really did not care to live. My intention however was to find a “natural” way to heal my thyrpod imbalance and bring myself back into balance. I found it quite accidently and I am now a distributor for Amega Worldwide. This company offers Zero Point Energy products infused w/Amized Fusion Technology which reminds the body of its natural, enthusiastic way of being. I have watched my energy go from despondent to enthusiastic. I have alson witnessed physical pain disappear in myself and others, following exposure to this energy via a “wanding” session. I’ve had clients who had holes in their energy fields as a result of being exposed to EMFs via computers, cell phones and cell phone towers, heal and seal their own energy fields by wearing the pendent. To find out more about zero point energy and Amized Fusion Technology visit http://www.wandtheworld.com or http://www.eamega.com/newenergysource. If you can get to a demo, do it because once you see what is possible you will want this quality of energy in your life ongoingly and you will want this for your friends and family as well. This IS the Self Care Evolution and being part of it makes a difference. Be well and take care, Alison

After five miscarriages in five years and a final successful pregnancy I had a roller coaster ride of weight fluctuations and tried power walking for a year and a half only to have the weight come off all in the wrong areas. It was not until a great christian friend introduced me to an all-natural supplement that I went from a size 16 to an 8 in a little less than three weeks and the all natural way too. By drinking lots of water and eating right and power walking and taking my supplements I lost 24 pounds and I am still actively losing. I have been so blessed by this product that I am willing to share a sample with you at my cost just for you to experience the blessing that I have experienced. My true passion is to help others to lose those unwanted pounds as we all know that fat kills. I lost my Father to a massive heart attack at the ripe age of 65 and my Mom has full blown diabetes and I truly want to be healthy in my life and I want this for others as well! I had my child at 40 and well we all know how hard it is to get weight off of the abdominal region but I was absolutely astonished at how well this worked for me! I can’t wait to hear from you! Blessings!
